IF YOU WANT A QUOTATION WHAT DO WE NEED TO KNOW?

FOR FULL CONTAINERS: We will need UK collection address, Commodity & Destination.

FOR COMMERCIAL GOODS (GROUPAGE/SHARED CONTAINERS): We will need to know the commodity, the weight & dimensions & also the collection & delivery addresses.

FOR PERSONAL EFFECTS (GROUPAGE/SHARED CONTAINERS: We will need to know the number packages, the size of each package, UK collection address, overseas destination. & for Airfreight we will also need the approximate weight.

FOR VEHICLES: We will need to be advised of the type of vehicle, the UK collection address & overseas destination, & any vehicle other than a car we will need to be advised of the dimensions.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

This of course depends on the type & volume of the commodity you wish to ship but with the information listed above we can normally offer an instant quotation free of charge & with no obligation.

DO WE SHIP EVERYTHING?

Pretty much, as an established freight forwarder we have a vast experience of shipping most commodities. Although some hazardous cargo may not be suitable.

DO YOU NEED TO VISIT OUR OFFICE?

Not necessarily, to make a shipment with us everything can be done by phone fax post or email although you are more than welcome to visit our office to discuss your requirements.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED TO GIVE?

For collection of all goods or vehicles it is nice for us to have at least 48hrs notice but in most cases we can collect within 24hrs.

WHAT DOCUMENTATION DO YOU NEED?

We will take care of all export & import documentation out of & into the UK & will provide you with the contact details of an overseas agent who will help you with the destination countries documentation requirements.

DO YOU NEED TO INSURE YOUR GOODS?

Insurance is a personal matter of preference. We can offer full Marine Insurance for all shipments upon request.
